Fantastic location. Fantastic hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Derek and Irene made us feel welcome and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Wealth of local knowledge that they are happy to share.
my wife and i stayed here on 28th july. we had a lovely stay, our room was perfect. Dave and Irene were great hosts and very helpful. My wife was given a bag of sweets as we were leaving for the journey which we thought was so nice. our breakfast was really lovely too. would highly recommend a stay here.
A lovely place, immersed in tranquility with a beautiful view. Very nice spacious and clean room. A fantastic breakfast with the possibility to choose anything from the menu by ordering the night before. Irene and David are two wonderful people, sweet and welcoming. What a pleasure it was to stay with Irene and David. They went over and above our expectation from the accommodation to their local recommendations for food, plus advice on places to visit alongside our NC500 driving holiday. Without question the best accommodation option in Lochinver in our opinion. We'll certainly be back to visit both Irene and David in the future. Nice view and wonderful lovely breakfast!! Breakfast is the best we had our trip so far! If you had a long day activities, the shower won’t disappoint you. They provide excellent service & hospitality, super helpful with local information. Would definitely stay there again when we come back!
Room was perfect and so were the hosts. Irene and David was super helpful and attentive hosts. They even helped us sort out dinner reservations for the night we were there and gave us some pointers and places to visit for the following day. The breakfast in the morning was lovely too. Amazing views from the house and in a brilliant area. Walking distance to everywhere but away from any noise. Couldn't fault it at all. The best and our favourite B&B we stayed in during our trip. We would 100% recommend staying if you're doing the NC500 route.
We stayed with David and Irene last August while driving the nc500. Irene got in touch before we arrived to book a restaurant which was helpful. This was one of the better stops, the place is clean and there are plenty of choices at breakfast. Definitely worth staying here.
We had the upstairs bedroom which was spacious with beautiful views. David and Irene were excellent hosts through our entire trip. Irene helped us get a dinner reservation before we arrived. And they suggested stops on the next leg of our trip which was very helpful.
